Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely shipment of products. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- - Inspect shipments for damages or defects and report any issues to the appropriate personnel
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shipping and receiving area
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any shipment discrepancies or issues
- Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking, packing and labeling
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments
-This position includes other duties: answering the phone and order entry
